If we cancel an order or part of an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery
NOVAUREA ships to selected destinations internationally.
Delivery times and shipping charges depend on the product, destination, shipping service and fulfilment arrangements applicable to your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided during the purchasing process or through our Shipping Policy and should be treated as estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly stated.
Your order may arrive in separate packages where products are processed or fulfilled separately.
Delivery may be delayed by production or fulfilment, customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, weather, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
